Folk Radio UK in association with the Southbank Centre are giving away two pairs of tickets to the The Great Folk Jukebox which will be held at the Royal Festival Hall on Saturday 7th May.
The show is part of their weekend-long celebration of British and International traditional music and dance – These Lands Are Your Lands, and will be celebrating the 60th anniversary of the 1951 Festival of Britain Singing Englishmen Concert at St Pancras Hall and they have a brilliantly eclectic line-up to match this special occasion.
Members of Bellowhead will act as the evening’s house band, and will be performing some of the great folk songs of the last 60 years with:
