Peter Wolf Crier have probably found themselves in some unusual locations for sessions, but in a greenhouse? Surprisingly, the acoustics sound quiet good. Check out their North Shore Session as they tackle the plant life and go green.
According to North Shore Sessions Minnesota is cold this time of year so a greenhouse was probably a good choice! The track featured is Untitled 101, the fourth track off their debut Jagjaguwar release, Inter-Be.
Nick Drake fans out there, and I know there are many, will be intersted to hear Peter Wolf Crier’s cover of the classic “Place To Be” which they covered at the end of last year. In the words of the label Jagjaguwar:
Peter Wolf Crier breathes new life into this track with Peter’s exuberant vocals, and some nice production touches from Brian, like the backwards tape loop used at the beginning of the song that gives the track a new, more modern twist. This song has been a part of Peter Wolf Crier’s live set for most of this year, but now you can listen to it in the warm, dry comfort of your own home.
