Sam Amidon is undertaking his first solo tour of North America. We thought it best we leave it to him to tell you about it. He recently sent this message to fans:

The time is definitely starting to really fly right now, huh! It is now officially: late August, early September. That was a pretty good movie by Olivier Assayas – at least I thought it was good. I found it to be engaging. That dude Matthieu Almaric has quite piercing eyes. Wow! It’s super engaging, when an actor has piercing eyes like the way he does.
I’m going on tour in North America. The first ever Sam Amidon Solo North American Tour! The title of this tour will be “Ryan Seek Rest has decided that the pillows on trains are fluffier than those in cars.” I’m going to be on a lot of trains and planes, and not in so many cars. Have you read any good books lately? I read one. It was called “The thoughts across your face, at least the ones that I think I can perceive by the motions of the muscles around your eyes, your eyes and their corresponding muscles and the energy inside those muscles, those little muscles.” Just joking! actually it was called “Thelonious Monk: Life and Times of an American Original,” by Robin D. G. Kelly.
